The Beauty of Oslo

    The Beauty of  Oslo           <script src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/s/link-enhancer?tag=poefortheinne-20&amp;o=1" type="text/javascript"></script>

Thick forests encircle Oslo
Human voices dare not disturb
Nature’s sacred intent

Oslo is a sleepy hamlet
Sheer style of tranquility
A city to love and savor

I try many things
In quest of heart’s fullness
I am never better than when I am in oslo

Climbing the hillside
I compel my soul
Explore oslo’s old world charm

phantoms of hatred
Grip of claw-
I escape to Oslo

Moors, valleys
Idyllic hills, fjords
Echo in my mind

Oslo, oslo
Ibsen was beside me-
National theatre, Karl Johans gate

I find content
At Ibsen’s grave
I offer flowers

I could spend several months in Oslo
Bicycling through the forest
Exploring the countryside

In oslo
natural beauty on the doorsteps
No terrorism overhead

Haiku's Foundation in the Holy Mountains

Haiku's Foundation in the Holy Mountains

 Issa’s 109 haiku without kigo
I do the same
Inner alchemy in the last line

Healing power of haiku
Unfolding itself in the last line
Redeeming us

 A miracle is haiku moment
Light worker
Operation of a higher law

Haiku is God’s very being
A divine child on
A crusade

The distilled moment
A vehicle for the infinite
Religio-mystical state of mind

I shall raise my fire to a fever pitch
Widening the reach of my haiku
Awaiting haiku moment-hammer of god

 The joy within
Cutting edge of third line
Goddess haiku

100 billion electrical cells
In the brain
Enlighten the third line

Zazen-seated meditation
Zendo-walking meditation
United in third line

 All dreams of the soul
End in a haiku moment
Author of every thing worthwhile

No haiku moment
Without satori
Raison d’ etre of haiku

Goddess has assumed the form of haiku:
Our totem spirit
Somatic therapy

Haiku is the second coming
Divine energy
Home of gods

Haiku is
Pilgrimage to world
And underworld

Nourished dreams
Becoming alive
In the emptiness of haiku

There is none like Buddha

There is none like Buddha

Buddha's fervour
four lions
preach all directions-
stupa in space
majesty of  light
empty throne
on top bodhi tree

buddha changes destiny
sacred bodhi tree
battle the enemy
a thousand leaves
lock buddha
in astral embrace

buddha dressed
in greek robes and sandals-
citizen of  the world
bodhi tree
enlightens buddha-
aura shifting

sacred leaves;
bodhi tree
pours ambrosia
five wounds of Jesus
sacred waters are here
grace takes care of us

bodhi tree
loves suffering
not sickness
the more you suffer
the more you become
bodhi tree

bodhi tree
gives and forgives-
a pacifist
happiest tree
grows itself-
approachable

due to buddha
bodhi tree
gains in height
bodhi tree is wine
pilgrim is flesh
union is buddha

sweet smells the tree
lit by
silence of void
unable to unriddle the knot
my grateful soul
trusts buddha

Jesus and Buddha Deliver my Soul from the Wicked

Jesus and Buddha Deliver  my Soul from the Wicked

gleaming shape floats
silent near calvary  tree-
subconscious vibration

prayer piety love
thus I feel
Jesus is near
buddha churns
inner ocean
Look, we feel happy

Buddha and Jesus choose
to  irrigate our life:
waters of compassion
no dream too big
buddha ventures-
blessing love

bodhi tree
rescues buddha
from waste land
I rub an ancient stone
to find footprints
buddha left

in deer park
buddha preaches-
even the deers listen
eight-spoked wheel
searches middle way
under bodhi tree

rooted in bodhi tree
buddha’s fibres
endure sacred heat
the two that are one:
bodhi tree
and buddha

buddha meditates
mind drifts
again he meditates
round dome stupa
monk offers flowers-
fire collects
